World Champion Master Eney Jones: Observe Your Life, EP 154

Mute until she was 6 years old, World Champion Masters swimmer, coach, and “mountain mermaid”,  Eney Jones learned the power of observation. She joins Kelly and Maria to discuss how she approaches her own masters swimming and coaching with courage -- and why observation is such a key component of her success, both in and out of the water.  How do you overcome fear and pain to grow as an athlete and person? This episode will give you inspiration to do just that.
