#57 Kelly & Maria: Get Grounded in Uncertain Times

Andrew Seliskar loves to race anyone, anywhere, anytime. Known by his friends as being competitive, hear how this trait has served him well. He's has been on the US National team since 2013, his resume includes a World Championship Medal, world rankings, Pan Pacs Gold Medalist and while at Cali Berkely he won more PAC 12 titles than anyone ever has in the conference’s 58 year history. He's won individual NCAA titles, was selected as 2019 NCAA Male Swimmer of the year and was a big factor in the Cal Men winning the 2019 NCAA Title. Photo courtesy of Andrew Seliskar.

#59 Janet Carbin: CBS Survivor Swim Star

Even if you've never watched CBS's SURVIVOR, you'll be motivated and inspired by this interview with (in our opinion) the 2nd best swimmer ever to appear on SURVIVOR, besides Elizabeth Beisel. At 59 Janet is doing ocean swims 4 days a week and is breaking gender barriers in the field of Life Guard Supervising.  Janet is a former Div. 1 swimmer and last season she went stroke for stroke with Beisel in a  SURVIVOR swim challenge! You'll hear how Janet used swimming to get to the final 6 of Survivor and how "proving oneself" is the key to success. Photo courtesy of CBS.
