8 Ways to Get Started on Self-Care
1. Make sleep part of your self-care routine. Reducing stress is also key.

3. Exercise daily as part of your self-care routine to boost your mood and reduce stress.
4. Eat well for self-care to fuel your mind and body.
5. Say no to others, and say yes to your self-care.

7. Take a self-care break by getting outside.
8. Take care of yourself by getting organized.
