Ryan Held recently completed a stellar NCAA career at NC State University. He is a sprint freestyle and butterfly swimmer who is originally from Springfield, Illinois who was named Illinois State Swimmer of the Year in 2014. He is a 2016 Olympic Gold Medalist and one of the world’s best sprint freestylers. Ryan made internet history when his emotional outpouring on the Olympic medal stand was widely broadcast and shared online.
