John Flanagan

The podcast was good. You captured the essence of John as a person and as a coach. For all of us who have known him over the years, he is a coaching purist; that is, his love is being on deck & coaching athletes - and, despite the fact he has coached accomplished swimmers, he has not sought recognition for it beyond what has come naturally. His enthusiasm remains as it was when we were very young men.
