Tips for Losing the Quarantine 10

  1. Start by asking yourself “What am I doing right?” with health, fitness and overall wellness.
  2. State your desired goal. Be specific, measurable and have parameters. Remember that the goal should be something you should have power over.
  3. Discover your motivating factor. Why do you want to change? If that “why” is not a 9 or 10 on an importance factor, then you aren’t motivated enough.
  4. Create an anchor. An anchor is something that reminds you and connects you to your goal.
  5. Clear the clutter from your life. You need to find space in your life for something new or a new habit. This can be literal or figurative.
  6. Write out two or three action steps (maximum) to start. Start with small goals -- the bigger the change, the smaller the steps you need to start out with.
