7 Ways to Improve Confidence

  1. Just jump! Take action.
  2. Believe in yourself. Speak words that to yourself that you would say to your best friend.
  3. Pose confidently. Ignore what others think; ground yourself in your own confidence.
  4. Celebrate your successes. Look back at “your pile” of accomplishments and feel confidence seeing how much you’ve already done.
  5. Practice and prepare. You will find deeper confidence when you feel prepared for what is front of you.
  6. Find a role model. Remember that if that person can do it, then I can do it.
  7. Own it. Step into your power, despite what anyone else thinks.
